My experience was horrible this time around. I was quoted 2 hour wait / completion for an oil change, it 3hours to finish. I was mis-informed of how many free changes I had remaining according to the contract. I was previously advised my last visit that I had 2 free remaining oil changes I come into this oil change completely blind sided that I had no free remaining oil changes. It was hot , was never offered water just the worst experience I had at Gateway Gambino’s Chevrolet absolutely not good. I don’t know if I will come back or recommend this dealership to anyone .

I bought my 2016 Chevy 3500 Silverado from Gateway Chevy and have had nothing but GREAT EXPERIENCES with the dealership since then. I call to make an appointment for service and am greeted with an awesome Service writer like John. This time i had an issue with my Truck throwing a code and when i got to the Dealership I explained it to John, we agreed that i would have to leave my Truck for a few days but I got a call from John that evening telling me that the issue was fixed under a Voluntary Recall and that I could pick it up in the morning. This is the kind of Service that as a customer I very much appreciate and will keep me coming back to Gateway Chevrolet. Thank you Gateway and Johyn.

Made appointment over the phone and oil change was done in a couple of hours. I waited in the lobby and did work on my laptop. Vehicle was washed and extra services were presented but not pushed.
