Service was completed quickly and Dominick as always provided excellent customer service. The only draw back was with the shuttle service. The ladies at the desk told me since I was only having an oil change done that I had to find my own way back to the dealership once my vehicle was completed.

Liz was great as usual. The service took too long for an oil change and tire rotation. The car was was horrible. Streaks and smears on the windows and mirrors. Missing the side of the vehicle being cleaned.

The oil change/tire rotation was perfectly fine, it's the service guy (John) that sucked. He was filling in for Zack Sheldon, at least that what I was told. Kept my car for 5 hours without returning ANY phone messages that I left. Day started at 8:20am with my appt., after about 3 hours I made my first call to Gateway and left message with John's voicemail. Made my second call at about 12:30pm, left my message again. Made my 3rd call approx. an hour later, was put on hold for a moment, 'someone' came back on the phone and said..'ya, your cars ready come and get it'. got to Gateway to pick up my car, asked John why no return on my calls and what took sooooo long. He told me without hesitation, 'Its Zacks fault, if he hadn't of called in sick we wouldn't be having all these issues!' I told him I knew Zack very well and I'd would mention to him what it's like around the service center without him!! John didn't think that was as humorous as I did!! In my opinion, John should not be the guy that greets and meets your customers face to face, seems he doesn't like his job to much, just calling it like I see it.
